Buyer`s Programme
The Buyer`s Programme at the WorldBuild Kyiv exhibition is a special service for exhibition visitors that are involved in the wholesale purchase of construction materials, construction and decoration tools and interior and design products which are then sold through wholesale and retail distribution channels.

Buyer`s Programme participants are senior managers and purchasing managers from
  • construction supermarket chains (B2B, DIY)
  • individual shops and sales outlets
  • online stores
  • regional wholesalers (dealers)
Participants in the construction market (from one of the above categories) can be part of the Buyer`s Programme by registering on the exhibition website.

The Buyer`s Programme is not a commercial project and does not require any payment from the participants. Taking part in the Buyer`s Programme is free of charge.


Through taking part in the Buyer`s Programme you will receive the following additional advantages:
  • you will receive a list of exhibiting companies in a mailout before the exhibition, so that you can prepare for your work at the exhibition in advance and determine the companies that you are interested in holding meetings with
  • we will help you to create a personal timetable of meetings with the exhibitors that interest you - you only need to make the appropriate application
  • simplified exhibition registration which avoids queues
  • Buyer`s visitor's badge, which is valid on all of the opening days of the exhibition
  • official exhibition catalogue
  • access to the Expo Lounge cafe - a closed business zone for comfortable meetings with exhibitors, work and relaxation
  1. Please fill in the electronic registration form. Applications for taking part in the Buyer`s programme at KyivBuild 2016 will be accepted until 16th February 2016.
  2. Set up meetings with exhibitors that interest you:
  3. Select the companies that interest you from the list of exhibitors which will be sent to your e-mail address 14 days before the opening of the exhibition
  4. Send your meeting application stating the date, time and place for the meeting (the exhibitor's stand or the Expo Lounge cafe). Up to 10 exhibiting companies can be included in the meeting schedule. Programme manager Victoria Kovalenko can help you to prepare the meeting timetable, [email protected];
  5. Wait for confirmation of the meeting and receive your own meeting timetable  Acceptance of applications for meetings ends 7 days before the opening of the exhibition on the 23 February 2016.
  6. Please visit the exhibition on any of the days and receive your Buyer`s badge and exhibiton catalogue at the Buyer`s Programme participant registration stand.
